how should i take fennel seeds for increasing breastmilk .will i take fennel tea or direct consumption..will fenugreek tea is good for breastmilk?

ExpertVarshaLactation Expert5 years agoA. Hi... please don’t try to take additional supplements in a different form try to use them in your daily diet. Fennel seeds can be consumed directly after every meal. Fenugreek can be added in little extra quantity to the Dosa batter.
