How should I stay calm during my labour

A. Only God is going to give you that much strength So if you want to deviate yourself and stay calm then just keep chanting for whom so ever you believe in God is going to give you enough strength to stay calm and even if you scream or something it’s normal because the doctor say that the pain is so much that you cannot control you cannot stay calm but if you can manage to chant then you go ahead with that that’s going to help you
