Q.

How should I assure that m baby is getting enough milk as she only sucks for 2 to 5 min and falls asleep... ??

A. Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in a day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated. Also must burp your baby after every feed . As this will keep her bowel movement s settled. Good luck and take care.

Q. #asktheexperts I am not sure if my milk is enough for her. When i breastfeed her, sometimes she sucks only for 5-10 minutes and then falls asleep. Wakes up after some time and then seems hungry again. At times she sucks for longer time and more actively, but as soon as we put her down, she pees and then seems hungry again. She keeps putting her hand in mouth while crying which shows her that she is hungry. when formula fed, she falls asleep for longer time and everyone feels she is full now. Are we overfeeding her or taking wrong cues?
