Should focus upon giving healthy diet to the child three times in a day breakfast lunch and dinner fruits one time in the day and it is completely your choice as to what do you want to give there is no compulsion that you have to cede rice only or Chapati only whatever you traditional food is whatever you are eating should be given to the child as well no matter what it is
