Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. the weight of the child should be around 6 kg but the weight of the child depends upon the diet as well as the genetic patterns so the importance is of weight gain and the weight gain should be more than 15 grams per day

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly. An average weight of four and half month old baby should be around 5 to 7 kgs. If your baby is active and taking proper feed on time then everything is fine Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
