How much weight should a baby gain in a month?

Author of questionGuardian of a 8 m old girl7 months agoA. my baby's weight was 3kg at birth, after 2 weeks it was the same and after 6 weeks it is 3.6kg. Is it fine?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl7 months agoA. hi around 250 to 500g but at inital days its also normal for newborns to shed their weight ,like after few days of birth. but they regain this within 2-3 weeks
