NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello in the first month you cannot expect much weight gain as the babies birth weight would reduce and then baby will start gaining and if the baby is gaining a minimum of 120 grams to 150 grams per week means it is a good weight gain and absolutely nothing to worry
