Q.

How much weight gain per month should be considered healthy for a premature baby born at 31 week? Currently 4 months old.

A. For a premature child it is usually expected to be somewhere around 350 g gain in a month some kids gain 500 to 800 g or maybe more than that but minimum when we talk about right now somewhere around 350 every month
