At 12 days please focus on establishing the breastfeeding relationship rather than offering formula. Breastfeeding works on a simple demand and supply principle.
As your baby suckles, the hormone prolactin stimulates the mammary glands in mother's breasts to secrete milk. As your baby continues to feed, your body releases yet more prolactin. This places the order to mother's breasts to make enough milk for your baby’s next feed. The more your baby feeds, the more milk mother will produce. hence it is important for baby's to breastfeed on demand and babies should be allowed to decide the nursing duration and frequency.

Go 430 ML at one point of time and see if your child is full then I think it is the right amount at this age they have very small appetite and completes the age of the days you can increase the amount by 40 to 60 ML and as of now go ahead with 30 ML and give next week when your child feels hungry
