how much water should I give to my 6 month old formula fed baby??? he is lil constipated after having Cerelac

A. avoid outside Cerelac go for home made cerelac water should be given to the child in such a amount so that the child is passing urination more than 6 times per day. the colour of urine is pale yellow to transparent. the above two criteria should be achieved. either directly or indirectly water is given through food and juices or as water. but if it is less urine or it is concentrated urine then kindly give more water to the child as well as food rich in water as well as juice from fruits, coconut water, lime water etc

A. hello after the baby is completed 6 months you can give water well after every solid and you can give few spoon of water which should be good enough for the child and around 75 ml of water on a daily basis would be good for the baby at this age
