ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see with all meals yoy give. then fluids too. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and at this age of two years you should give your baby sixteen to thirty ounces of water in a day. and also you can add home made fresh fruits juice and coconut water too.
