how much solids shud I feed my 6month old baby.. quantity and number of times.. wat if he refuses to take 1st spoon only

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. You should begin with 3-4 teaspoons and then gradually increase the quantity up to half katori every time. Give 2 to 3 meals a day. Continue to breastfeed baby. Even if your baby refuses to take food, you have to keep trying.
