How much screen time is given to 2 year old

Half an hour per day will be ideal. best to use DVD player which will play rhymes or stories instead of phone or cd or cartoon channels or you tube as they continue streaming and it will be difficult to switch off. With dvd u can stop it when the dvd ends.
