Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can give small bowl of pureé or Cerelac , moong dal, rice water, Khichdi etc. Small bowl is enough for 7 months old baby. If baby wants more then you can give that much quantity as well. Good luck and take care
