shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum as for the weight of the baby you can give 5 ml of Paracetamol if it is 120 mg /5 ml and 2.5 ml if it is 250mg/5 per ml and you can repeat 4 doses in 24 hours if still the fever is repeating then you need to consult with the doctor for the proper medication
