how much milk should we feed our toddlers at night during sleep.. my daughter often has stomach problems.. according to doctor she is lactose intolerant but she doesn't want to take zerolac

A. Hello mom about 100 to 120 ml to 150 ml .. but as you have mentioned that the she has lactose intolerance so you have to avoid animal milk and products for her .. if she is not opting for zerolac you can opt for plant source milk such as soya milk or coconut milk or almond or cashew milk etc
