How much milk should my child drink? And what kind should it be?

A. feed on demand you can give upto 500 ml maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area

A. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start giving outside milk like cow milk or buffalo milk or packet milk. Start giving in small quantities to check the suitability and for better assimilation. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
