Q.

how much milk one year old baby should drink per day? My baby drinks breast milk 4-5 times in a day and also drinks 100-150 ml cow' s milk per day. Is it enough for him?

A. yes, more than enough. concentrate on food

A. hi yes dear mom, it's ok.....the total dairy intake should not exceed 500 ml in a day...as baby takes solids also then it's enough......continue breast feeding till minimum two years as per world health organisation
