A. Hi mom Give 500 ml a day Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc do tummy time Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables protein rich diet
