ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, your question is not clear. if you are able to breastfeed then you should continue to breastfeed baby exclusively till 6 months complete. there is no need to give top feed till 6 months. breastfeeding should be on demand.
