Q.

how much dry fruits should be given to a toddler ?And also my son refuses to have water or gargle in his mouth and spit. please suggest.

A. You have to develop the habit of mouth to sing as it is important to maintain good oral hygiene and brushing twice a day and give 3 to 4 overnight shakes peeled almonds

A. Hand full of dry fruits n nuts is okay for a day.. as long as he has no problem with it. gargling or slitting out water, he will learn by time u may need to exaplain about it
