DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and if she is having a fever then you can give her this paracetamol 1.2 ml three times a day and frequent breast feeding

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only two months after age it is not advisable to use syrup forms to the baby for such a small age baby you can use paracetamol drops to the baby
