How much cow milk should be given to 20 months old boy to avoid constipation

A. no relation to milk and constipation Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

A. Decrease constipation foods: Foods that cause constipation are cow's milk, yogurt, cheese, cooked carrots, and bananas. If your child enjoys milk, consider switching him or her to soy milk, which has been shown to soften stools.
