RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl9 months agoA. You should try to make it at least minimum of 500 ML to 600 ML in a day but we mostly suggested to stick to 500 ML of milk per day not more than that you should focus more on giving fresh home-made food to the child instead of giving
