Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello my dear parent! The total dairy intake that includes milk, curd, other form of dairy products shouldn’t exceeded 500 ML per day. This way rest of the nutrition will come from healthy solids. Consult doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
