how much average milk we expect from both breasts when baby is two months old if I do suction with electronic pump... bcoz I think mine is insufficient & have to give top feed to baby

A. Hello dear parent! There is no limitation as such. The more you feed your baby the better the supply. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Make a good skin to skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
