Q.

How many times can i feed solid food for my 8 month old baby and now im giving him 100ml of solid..i want to add more ML of food or reduce??please be reply..

A. you can give two meals and two snacks and if the baby is able to eat then you can increase it to another extra meal. you should see how the baby is consuming and accordingly you have to personalize how much quantity you are giving

A. Hello dear parent! You can gradually increase the solid intake of your child. Start with one nee food at a time. Avoid outside foods. Give your baby a well balanced healthy homemade diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Continue breastfeeding till one year completion. Good luck and take care.
