Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you have to give food made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to the child and from cereals pulses and vegetables try to give at least half a katori two or three times per day and from fruits half a katori one or two times per day
