Once in a day of course good in the morning after a proper massage and some people prefer it in the night also before sleeping specially in the summer season so if you wanna do that you can go ahead with that but at least for initial one or two months it’s only good if you do it one time in the morning and also now the weather is changing so you should stick to one time only
