How many solid food meals can be given for 7 month old baby I am offering currently banana/apple/chikki puteee at 9 am Rice porridge/Ragi porridge/Khichdi at 2 pm Can I increase solid to three meals per day ? What should be the quantity

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. You can give it three times in the day breakfast lunch and dinner or three important meals apart apart from that you can give fruits one time and milk rest of the times however do you want to formulate the schedule for the child
