offer more liquid and fruits for adequate hydration.
start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Yea Say about 3 to 4 is going to be good enough if your child likes to have them happily otherwise you can go ahead with making a juice out of it and give it before the child goes to sleep every night this is going to be more helpful in dealing with constipation issues
