You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like temperature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infantile colic or hunger.
In older children a proper discipline is required so that the sleeping pattern can be scheduled according to a proper time try to avoid too much of screen time with gtu sometimes can be the causative factor for disturbed sleep.
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Wake them early in the morning like around 7am then put them for sleep between 12 to 1 pm then they will be tired by 9pm... it will take 15 days to set schedule but once it's done you will be happy one nap will do
