Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy3 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! You can choose to use it for your baby at any point of time both morning and nights are also sometimes only nights. It all depends on how comfortable you and your baby are. There is no fixed schedule for it.
