Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child
and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk.
if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping .
there is no need to to go for fixed feeding patternc.
also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits .
also if the weight gainc of the child every month is normal then no need to worry regarding the pattern of breastfeeding
RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. About 60 ML minimum I can suggest you to start with and if your child desire more you can give more than that after giving 60 ML but when you are asking about the minimum amount of milk that is approximately 60 ML a child can consume in one time feeding
