Q.
how many meals should be given to 9 months old baby? how much gap should be kept in those meals?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. need to feed in every two hours and two main mealsas food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and at this age we should give our babies at least six diet in a day. and also you should give baby food in every three hours. and also add one egg in baby diet too.
