No. am not asking about low milk supply. As I ate parotta day before yesterday and my baby had severe stomach pain from yesterday midnight. so am asking about food to milk conversion time and how many days parotta lasts in breast milk

it's not related at all for low breast milk supply you need to take plenty of liquids and high fibre diet and give frequent feeding to your child so that milk production increases as it is a hormonal phenomenon regulated by signals to the brain so you should feel positively motivated and do not try to give formula milk unless advised by your paediatrician and if the weight gain and urinary output of your baby is normal .if required you can also take help from a lactation consultant who will guide you in a very proper way regarding establishment of good lactation as well as  will help you in relieving pain if you have any. medicines are not of much help in this but definitely your diet is very important.

I Don’t think so you are even allowed to eat refined flour when you are breastfeeding the child because it is going to create constipation which is which is not recommended and there is no theory or logic to eat that if you eat refined flour it is going to improve your breast feeding or something like that
