Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! For the first 6 months the baby should be only exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for every 2 to 3 hours. As long as your baby is active and healthy, passing urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day then nothing to worry.
