If you are using a feeding bottle then one is good enough the hole is little big that way so it’s easier for the child to have a decent amount of flow in one go which is manageable for them but if you’re using a sipper which has spout which has very thin silicon nipple then it could have about three holes and they are very tiny so that they can manage the flow of the milk or water
