RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl2 weeks agoA. 1 per day is good enough try not to exceed that amount because kids have very small stomach and it’s not good to give more than one egg to the child because it is quite heavy so I’m just going to recommend you to to stick to 1 egg that if your child is comfortably able to digest it
