How many doses of 5 mL dose ibugesic plus are recommended for 5 year old child with fever

A. See it is a SOS medicine and the fever when is extremely high then the doctors recommend you to do it and give it every six hours if needed and if any other paracetamol has been suggested then you should continue with that and that also can be repeated every six hours
