how many days we need to take rest after delivery,when can I start my home activity BC oz nobody elder in my home,I d my husband

A. in case of normal delivery you can do routine work after 7-10 day.. in case of C-section..wait for six weeks.. you can take 6-8 months to heal properly so take proper care

A. simple the problem with me I started after the fifth day of cesarean delivery also and basically you need to check once with your doctor take proper suggestion from your doctor and take a healthy diet which will be helpful
