how many days lactare tablets can be used?? suggest me mam please

Mostly For a month or so should be good enough to go for but otherwise if you want to go ahead for a longer time with them that you should take an opinion from a lactation doctor she would be able to guide you in the right manner as to for how long you should take it and which one of the best ones to go
