ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. as long as you want. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom U can use these tablets for a month. There is no problem in that. If once the flow starts coming then u can stop having it. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Take care
