Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please make a kada of 1/2 tea spoon of Ajwain and saunf and also add 5-6 leaves of Mint and Tulsi and add one glass of water and when it remains half then give baby Luke warm 1/4 of cup adding sugar or jaggery powder. And repeat it after one hour.
