How long will it take a baby to recover a baby from fever and infection?

A. Hello mom Takes at least 3 to 5 days. And sometimes if baby is not getting proper medication for it then it can be stretched for long. So if baby is suffering from any sort of infection that in such case you should definitely consult your paediatrician about it. Give only prescribe medicines to you baby.
