hii mam, after delivery how long a it takes to recover body.

With normal delivery it does not take much of time very honestly because you colour Chaliye see the stages of the normal delivery heal quickly the healing is much faster than usual you don’t have to take too much of rest but when it is a C-section delivery it can easily take about 6 to 9 months in totality
