ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. better avoid keeping. give directly from breast. it can be used for bath purpose. outside source is always a source of infections. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom 5-10 minutes from one side and then u can switch to the other side to express milk... U can buy #Babyhug electric breast pump to take out milk... Take care and all the best
