Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. may be 48 to 72 hours after vaccination do tepid sponging with Luke warm water may give paracetamol containing syrup @15mg/kg/dose at 6 hour interval may give Meftal p syrup for temperature more than 102 degree Fahrenheit or not reduced after paracetamol may be given 6 hourly
