SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. You can feed on demand or like 3-4 times you may feed. Among with that solids too you may give. try to give everything that you normally have n cook at home . you can should start giving all family foods.. Let it be less oily and spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday and few nuts everyday.
