How long afternoon naps should a 9 month old baby have and how many times throughout the day

You should not give it for more than two hours or 1 1/2 hour or so more than that because if you give a longer nap during the daytime then the child is going to sleep late in the night and it’ll be troublesome for you so try to get your child into a proper habit from an early age itself
